This Subaru Outback features a black leather interior that is in good condition. The front seats are well-maintained, with no tears or cracking. Both seats offer power adjustments and heating, making them an excellent upgrade or replacement option.
Under the hood, the EJ253 engine runs smoothly, with no knock or smoke. Both oil and coolant were clean when drained, and after removal, a cylinder leak-down test showed good results across all cylinders. Additionally, the timing belt, water pump and oil pump were replaced at 159K miles.
This Outback comes with a CVT automatic transmission, but it shifts roughly and had dirty transmission fluids when drained. As a result, the transmission will be disassembled for parts, and individual components will be available upon request.
The body has minor damage, but several exterior components remain in great condition. The headlights, hood, fenders, grille, and front bumper are all in good shape. The passenger-side doors have dents and other damage and will be disassembled for parts, while the driver’s-side doors remain in good condition. The hatch lid assembly and taillights are in great shape, and the rear bumper has some dents and scuffs but is still usable.
This Subaru Outback features OEM 16″ steel wheels, but they have significant rust, and the tires are cracked, making them unsuitable for reuse.
